Standard interior painting service includes set up, preparation (repair minor holes and cracks and sanding as needed), caulking as needed, and a thorough quality inspection with the customer.
Commercial
Standard commercial painting includes a free estimate, hand or power washing, preparation (scraping and sanding), prime, caulk windows and cracks in surface, two coats of customer’s choice of paint, and a thorough quality inspection with the customer.
Multi-Family
Standard multi-family painting service includes a free estimate, hand or power washing, preparation (scraping and sanding), prime surface as needed, caulk around windows and doors, two coats of customer’s choice of paint, and a thorough quality inspection with the customer.
